Russman Law provides effective representation to both individuals and businesses. David Russman, the firm's founder, has nearly 30 years of experience helping clients resolve their legal issues through negotiation and settlement whenever possible and litigation when necessary. In business since 2004, Russman Law is experienced yet still growing and enthusiastic about practicing law. David Russman

David Russman received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk Law School, where he was an editor on the Suffolk Law Review. After law school, David was the only student in his graduating class to clerk at the federal level, clerking for the Honorable Frank H. Freedman, of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to attending law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University. Before founding Russman Law, David practiced at law firms in Boston and was in-house counsel at a Boston-based public relations firm. David is admitted to the state and federal bar for both Massachusetts and Connecticut.

David represents a broad range of clients, from multi-national corporations in need of local counsel to small, family-owned businesses that rely on him to resolve all sorts of business disputes to individuals facing a daunting legal issue. Aggressive and resourceful, David is perceptive regarding his clients' needs. His zealousness is tempered with empathy that allows him to tackle his clients' issues while being aware of, and responsive to, the anxiety that clients feel when faced with legal challenges.
